Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Chairman
Mr. Hanser has over 50 years experience in the investment and banking industries. He has previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Resource Bank and Trust Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Hanser was also a Senior Executive at Dain Rausher, an investment banking firm (now RBC Wealth Management); Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and board member of USB Merchant Bank. Before forming The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company, Mr. Hanser served as Chairman of Hanrow Financial Group, Ltd. Other business interests include his family’s ownership interest in the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team for more than 50 years. Mr. Hanser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and an Executive Management degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance. Mr. Hanser is also Chairman of the Charitable Foundation of the Islands, and a former director of The Schoolhouse Theater, Sanibel-Captiva Kiwanis, former director of Lee Memorial Health System Foundation, current member of LHMS Planning Committee and Director of Lee Memorial’s Children’s Hospital and past Chairman of the Cleveland Clinic Florida. He has been the Vice Chairman of the Sanibel Five-Year Budget Committee, and has served on numerous public, private, civic, and philanthropic boards throughout his career. |

Co-Chairman
Mr. Lesch served as Chairman of Indiana Federal Bank and Vice Chairman of Pinnacle Banks of Michigan from 1990 to 1997, serving as a member of the investment committee and Chairman of the asset and liability committee. Prior to his banking career, he was founder and managing partner of Gough and Lesch Inc., a leading real estate management, investment, and development company in Indiana. Mr. Lesch has served on more than 25 corporate, civic, and charitable boards. He is a recipient of the prestigious Sagamore of the Wabash, Indiana’s highest civic honor. As the Trust Company’s Co-Chairman, Mr. Lesch serves as the company’s Chairman of the Investment Committee. He is on the boards of Lee Memorial Health System Foundation, BIG Arts, and the J.N. “Ding” Darling Wildlife Society and served as Chairman of Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation. Mr. Lesch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School. |

Vice Chairman
Mr. Botthof, who also serves on the company’s Board of Directors and its Strategic Planning Committee, manages client investment and trust relationships in the Naples Division since its inception in 2009. He has an impressive 45-year career in the financial services industry, including his past position as the Regional President of First Union/Wachovia for Southwest Florida. Previously Mr. Botthof was an Organizer, Director, President and CEO of Commerce National Bank which was sold to First Union/Wachovia in 1987. Mr. Botthof has had a continuing passion in promoting regional economic diversification, having co-founded The Regional Business Alliance of Southwest Florida and serving as its Executive Director from 2004 through 2008. He currently serves as director of the Economic Development Foundation and is a member of the Lutgert College of Business’s Advisory Council at Florida Gulf Coast University. Mr. Botthof has an extensive record of community involvement including past directorships in the Naples Philharmonic Center for Performing Arts, The Collier YMCA, Economic Development Council and The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Botthof attended the University of Florida and has completed numerous post graduate courses in Leadership, Banking, and Business. He was recently awarded Outstanding Volunteer of the Year award at the 2010 Excellence in Industry Awards. |

President, Sanibel Captiva Investment Advisers
Mr. Dorsey leads the investment team and also helps guide overall capital allocation and corporate strategy as a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Before joining The Trust Company, Pat was Director of Equity Research at Morningstar for over ten years, where he was responsible for the overall direction of Morningstar’s equity research, as well as for communicating Morningstar’s ideas to the media and clients. He led the development of Morningstar’s economic moat ratings as well as the methodology behind Morningstar’s framework for competitive analysis. Pat is the author of two books— The Five Rules for Successful Stock Investing, and The Little Book that Builds Wealth—and has been quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, The New York Times, and BusinessWeek. Pat holds a master’s degree in political science from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in government from Wesleyan University. He is a CFA Charterholder. |

President, The Tampa Bay Trust Company & The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company
Mr. Igo has been managing client investment and trust relationships for The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company and The Tampa Bay Trust Company since the company was founded in 2001. He also serves as a member of the Asset Management Committee and Risk Management Committee. Mr. Igo received his Bachelor of Science in business and economics in 1982 and worked for Pitney Bowes and then Merrill Lynch in Minneapolis-St. Paul until his move to Florida in 1990. Mr. Igo serves as advisor to many area non-profit organizations, helping to increase the awareness of philanthropic giving and estate planning to benefit individuals and their charities. Mr. Igo is a member of the Board of Trustees of Hodges University, chair of Sanibel Community Association’s capital campaign, member of the Sanibel Public School Advisory Council, and member of the Grants Advisory Committee of the Southwest Florida Community Foundation. He has previously served as chairman of AFCAAM and other board positions including PURRE (People United to Restore Our Rivers and Estuaries), and the Planned Giving Council of Southwest Florida. |

President, The Naples Trust Company & Chief Operating Officer, The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company
Adria Starkey is President of The Naples Trust Company and a member of its Board of Directors. She also serves on the company’s Risk Management, Asset Management, and Strategic Planning Committees. Mrs. Starkey has enjoyed a 30-year career in the financial services industry, including serving as President of Wachovia Bank, SW Florida Region, Managing Director of Wealth Management at First Union, and Vice President at Northern Trust Bank and Southeast Bank. Mrs. Starkey has served on the Board of numerous civic and charitable organizations since moving to Collier County in 1988. Mrs. Starkey was honored as a Woman of Achievement in 1999, Woman of The Year in 2000, and received the Edison College Leadership in Fostering Education Award in 2008. Mrs. Starkey earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and has completed several post graduate courses in finance and real estate. |

Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Pyle has, since 2003, overseen the Trust Company’s investment management operations and is a member of the Asset Management Committee. His 40 years of investment research and portfolio management experience has included being co-founder of Winslow Capital Management, Inc. in Minneapolis from 1992 to 2003. From 1982 to 1992, Mr. Pyle served as Managing Director and Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis as well as a Director of Piper Ventures. He began his investment management career as a Trust Investment Analyst for U.S. Bank in St. Paul before becoming a Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst for Wells Fargo and American Express Financial Advisors from 1973 to 1982. Mr. Pyle earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and political science from Macalester College in 1969 and did graduate work in economics at the University of Minnesota. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1976 and was president of CFA Minneapolis-St. Paul. He currently serves as Ex-Officio Board Member and Treasurer of BIG Arts of Sanibel and a member of the Sanibel General Employees Pension Board. |

Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Hutchison has more than 20 years experience in trust and estate administration. Upon joining the Company in 2002, she helped develop and expand the Company’s trust services and operations platform. She currently manages the Trust Company’s client service operations and is the co-compliance officer of the corporation. Ms. Hutchison also serves as the management liaison to the board’s Trust Committee and is co-chairman of the Company’s Risk Management Committee. She also coordinates the auditing process with the Florida state examiners as well as regular accounting and internal control audits. Ms. Hutchison previously worked in the private banking divisions of Bank of America, NationsBank, Barnett Bank, and First Florida Bank. She attended the Florida Bankers Association Trust School and holds a certificate from the Georgia Bankers Association for Principals of Bank Operations. She also holds certificates from various banks for extensive in-house training as well as continuing education through the Institute of Certified Bankers and Cannon Financial. |

Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager, Tampa Bay Trust Company
Mr. Jowdy joined Tampa Bay Trust Company at its enception and also founded Suncoast Equity Management, Inc., an investment management firm serving both individuals and institutions in 1997. Prior to that, Mr. Jowdy was a Portfolio Manager with Polen Capital Management of Tampa, Florida. Both Suncoast Equity and Polen Capital, during his tenure, performed in the top 10% of their peer groups, as measured by several industry consultants including Effron/PSN and Nelson’s Investment Manager Database. Previously, Mr. Jowdy was an equity analyst with 13D Research, Inc., advising institutional clients through an independent investment research organization providing in-depth analysis of domestic as well as global investment opportunities. Mr. Jowdy was also a Senior Associate with Price Waterhouse Coopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand). He is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and serves on the board of Quantum Leap Farm, a nonprofit Therapeutic & Recreational Horseback Riding Program serving veterans, civilian adults, and kids with mental and physical disabilities. |

Vice President, Tampa Bay Trust Company
Mrs. Powers is Vice President of the Tampa Bay Trust Company, managing trust and investment relationships. She is engaged within the community and establishes herself as an advocate for her client relationships. She has a 20-year banking career with Wachovia Bank in Tampa Bay. She held several key management positions with First Union in Hillsborough and Pinellas County prior to its merger with Wachovia Bank. Most recently she served as Vice President, Service Director, for Wachovia in Tampa and was responsible for the service delivery and client retention in over 90 financial centers throughout the region. Mrs. Powers graduated from Florida State University, Tallahassee in 1989 where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. She is a proud third generation native of Tampa. |

Vice President of Marketing, Tampa Bay Trust Company
Mr. Lufkin has over 40 years of experience in the public and private sectors. He practiced as a CPA for 16 years with “Big 4” international firms where his areas of concentration included multi-plant manufacturing, real estate, oil and gas, commercial banking and small business. He served as the CFO and member of the board of directors for Katana Resources, a publicly traded energy company in Tulsa, Oklahoma and a CFO and Vice President of Operations for Weston, Ltd, a large real estate development company in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Lufkin also headed a holding company specializing in mergers and acquisitions and was responsible for locating, negotiating, structuring, and financing corporate and real estate acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Lufkin was President of Advanced Robotic Technologies, a company that manufactured and distributed high-tech robotic coating systems world-wide. He has started two successful companies and participated in initial equity offerings both public and private. Most recently he has been CFO for the DeBartolo organization where he was responsible for all financial activities and served as Chairman of the Board of a large subsidiary. |

Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. Holston had a decade-long career in institutional equities trading and order execution on
Wall Street. Prior to joining The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company, Mr. Holston was an Associate Trader at Deutsche Bank and then JP Morgan, where he managed the execution of client equity orders on the New York Stock Exchange. From his location on the trading floor, he provided valuable insight and market information to senior traders. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Holston was an assistant trader at Wagner Stott Bear Specialists in New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and has completed courses in Portfolio Management at New York University. Craig serves on the boards of The Sanibel Police Officers Retirement Trust Fund, The Sanibel School Fund, and Sanibel Youth Soccer. He also serves as a member of the Asset Management Committee. |

Senior Vice President, Sanibel Captiva Investment Advisers
Mr. Vick is considered one of the leading authorities on value investing and the methods of Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffett. He is the author of three investment books, including the bestseller, How to Pick Stocks Like Warren Buffett. In addition to client portfolio management and securities research, he serves as a member of the Asset Management Committee. Mr. Vick has appeared on CNBC and CNN and has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Barron’s, and The Chicago Tribune. Mr. Vick holds a master’s degree in management from Purdue University and Bachelor of Arts in history and economics. He previously served as a securities analyst and portfolio manager for buy-side investment firms. Prior to joining the securities industry, he was an award-winning investigative journalist in Chicago. Mr. Vick has served on several non-profit boards, including the Northwest Indiana Symphony Orchestra, Calumet College of St. Joseph, Tradewinds Rehabilitation Services, Westminster Presbyterian Church, and the Jim and Betty Dye Foundation. |

Mr. Young has extensive experience conducting investment research and managing client portfolios for both high net-worth families and institutional clients. Prior to joining the Trust Company, Mr. Young’s responsibilities ranged from Senior Portfolio Manager to Chief Investment Officer with the wealth management division of major banks and a Naples based private family office and foundation. Mr. Young received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. He was awarded the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1986 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder in 1994. He is a past president of CFA Tampa Bay, and an advisor to several non-profit organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum, the Lee Memorial Health System Investment Advisory Council, and remains an active volunteer in USA/Florida Youth Hockey. Mr. Young is also a member of the Trust Company’s Asset Management Committee. |

Senior Portfolio Manager, Tampa Bay Trust Company
Mrs. Lord joined Tampa Bay Trust Company at its formation in August 2010. She is also the Senior Portfolio Manager at Suncoast Equity Management, Inc., an investment management firm serving both individuals and institutions. She was previously Vice President/Portfolio Manager with Intrepid Capital where she was sole manager of the company’s Large Cap Equity and Investment Grade Fixed Income portfolios. Prior to joining Intrepid in 2001, Ms. Lord was Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager of The Investment Counsel Company. During her nine years with the firm, her responsibilities included equity and fixed income portfolio management and analysis; marketing and client servicing; and overseeing GIPS performance compliance. Ms. Lord earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of Florida. She is a CFA charter holder and past President of the CFA Society of Orlando, as well as a member of the CFA Institute. Ms. Lord also served on the board of Family Promise of Greater Orlando, which is a nonprofit organization that helps homeless families achieve lasting independence. |

Mr. Greenwood has a 40 year career in the investment management business dealing with high net worth individuals and institutional clients. Based in Naples and Chicago, Rick serves as a client advocate, investment professional, and member of the firm's Asset Management Committee. Rick is also president and chairman of Madison Advisory Group, Inc., which he founded in 1977 to provide investment services to institutions, foundations, and high net-worth individuals and families. Formerly, he worked with Advisory Research, Inc., in Chicago as the company’s director of large cap equity investments. He also spent seven years with Merrill Lynch as an account executive in its Chicago office. Greenwood’s philanthropic involvement includes contributions to charities and institutions such as Northwestern University, Northwestern University Medical School, and The American Red Cross of Greater Chicago. He has served as president and board member for The Old Town Triangle Association, a Chicago, community-based, not–for-profit organization. He earned a B.S. degree in 1967 from Northwestern University. |

Ms. Townsend is a graduate from the University of South Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Ms. Townsend’s focus is on research and analysis of current and potential investments as well as client services. She is involved with the Women in Leadership & Philanthropy program at the University of South Florida in the Dream Givers Scholarship Program, of which she was a recipient during her undergraduate studies and now sits on the board. Prior to joining Suncoast Equity Management, Ms. Townsend completed an internship at Franklin Templeton Investments. |

Ms. Ayres has over 32 years experience in the investment and financial industries. Prior to joining The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company, Ms. Ayres was an Assistant Vice President and Senior Project Coordinator for MFS Institutional Advisors in Boston where she was responsible for the organization of client services and the coordination of major events. From 1979 to 1994 she was an Assistant Vice President and Client Service Analyst for Wellington Management in Boston and worked in the High Yield Fixed Income Department of MFS Investment Advisors. Prior to that, Ms. Ayres was a medical secretary to the Chief of Transplants at Massachusetts General Hospital and an assistant gold buyer at Shreve and Company in San Francisco. Ms. Ayres is an active volunteer for F.I.S.H. (Friends In Service Here). |

Assistant Vice President, Client Relations
Mrs. Houston has worked in client services at The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company since 2003.She has over 30 years experience working in the business and healthcare fields. In Baltimore, Maryland, Mrs. Houston worked as a medical secretary for the Department of OB-GYN at The Union Memorial Hospital and later as office manager for Drs. Haws, Morris, Dudley, & Spencer-Strong, PA. Always interested in real estate, she gained sales experience selling houses for Long and Foster Realty and also as a loan officer at Home Security Mortgage. She then accepted a position in the real estate title business at Priority Title Services and eventually became a real estate settlement officer. Ms. Houston is an active volunteer for F.I.S.H. Assistant Vice President, Marketing
Ms. Mason has worked in Marketing for The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company since 2005. She has more than 40 years experience in professional office administration. Ms. Mason coordinates the Trust Company’s marketing and special events programs and she also assists in many areas of client relations. Earlier in her career, Ms. Mason worked for several major corporations as an Administrative Assistant. Those varied experiences include service with the Stauffer Chemical Company and Control Data Corporation. Her professional background also includes working for a Lockport, NY newspaper. Ms. Mason is an active volunteer for F.I.S.H. (Friends In Service Here). |

Assistant Vice President, Trust Operations
Ms. Colby has more than 10 years experience in Trust and Estate Administration. Ms. Colby assists in the handling of the Trust Company’s client service operations. Prior to joining The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company, Ms. Colby worked as an Estate and Trust Paralegal in Naples and as an Administrative Assistant at Northern Trust Bank in Naples, FL. She completed year one and two of the Florida Bankers Association Trust School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Hodges University. |

Assistant Vice President, Client Services
Ms. Weigel has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and small business management. She assists with trust administration, client relations, and marketing. Earlier in her career, Ms. Weigel worked in public accounting as a senior staff accountant and earned her CPA in 1997 and then worked as the controller of a small family owned business, managing all phases of accounting, tax reporting, and human resources. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clarkson University and has completed year one of the Florida Bankers Association Trust School. She serves on the Board of The Children’s Education Center of the Islands as Treasurer and volunteers at the Sanibel School. |

Assistant Vice President, Marketing and Technical Support
Ms. Molabecirovic is responsible for trust administration, client relations, and e-marketing for the Naples Trust Company since 2009. She has more than 10 years experience in professional office administration. Ms. Molabecirovic handles all client relations for The Naples Trust Company as well as all marketing, special events and technical support. Prior to joining The Naples Trust Company, Ms. Molabecirovic was the Investor Relations Analyst for WCI Communities in Bonita Springs. She also worked in condominium property management for Draper and Kramer and The Habitat Company while residing in Chicago. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Robert Morris University. |
